CB2 in San Jose is seeking an Assistant Store Leader, Design & Trade to motivate the sales team and deliver the exceptional customer experience we’re known for. You’ll partner with the Store Manager to drive brand goals and coach Team Leaders to achieve strong results.

In this role you’ll analyze sales data, communicate with the management team, and model a positive, results-oriented culture. Strong scheduling flexibility is required for full-time success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years customer service or retail leadership experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Google applications, computer systems and tablet devices.
• Full-Time roles: Open availability to work flexible hours on weekdays, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Manager to establish, communicate, execute critical brand goals across functional area.
• Provide leadership to Team Leaders in achieving sales, service, operations and visual merchandising standards.
• Coach, train, recognize and manage performance and development for store associates.
• Analyze reporting to prioritize initiatives and maximize sales, profitability, and customer experience.
• Communicate with management about trends, feedback and performance; participate in store walk-throughs.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure schedules and payroll budgets are met.
