Job summary

In collaboration with the Store Manager you will lead Team Leaders, drive goals across sales, operations, and visual merchandising, and coach staff to develop and perform at their best.

Qualifications

• 2+ years customer service or retail leadership experience.
• Open to full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent reading and written language skills (English).

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager to establish goals across sales, operations, training, HR, Payroll/Scheduling, Safety and loss prevention.
• Provide leadership to Team Leaders in achieving sales, customer service and visual merchandising standards.
• Coach, train, and develop associates to encourage growth and strong performance.
• Analyze daily/weekly/monthly reports to prioritize initiatives and maximize sales and customer experience.
• Ensure elevated customer service by modeling brand standards and communicating with the team.
