CB2 is seeking an Assistant Store Leader, Visual to direct the merchandising team and create a compelling store environment. You will translate design vision into daily displays and floor plans, mentor staff, and drive strategies from receiving to sales floor.

You’ll collaborate with the Store Manager to meet brand goals and elevate customer experience. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in retail leadership and a proven ability to coach, delegate, and build teamwork while maintaining flexibility

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Store Manager to establish, communicate and execute goals in sales, operations, visual, HR and scheduling.
• Lead Team Leaders to achieve sales, customer service, and merchandising standards.
• Address associate relations issues and escalate to Store Manager when needed.
• Coach and mentor associates to promote professional growth and bench talent.
• Delegate workloads and ensure plans are executed across the store area.
• Analyze daily, weekly and monthly reports to prioritize initiatives and maximize performance.
• Communicate with management about sales, feedback and training needs; participate in weekly walk-throughs.
