Job summary

Crate & Barrel is seeking an Assistant Store Leader for Design & Trade to drive growth through strong leadership and elevated design services. You will oversee design operations, hire and develop a designer team, and implement clienteling strategies to grow sales and retention.

This role requires an engaging leader who can deliver exceptional client experiences and a consistent brand standard across the store.

Qualifications

• 2+ years customer service or retail leadership experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Google applications, computer systems and tablet devices.
• Full-Time roles: Open availability to work flexible hours on weekdays, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage workload and ensure execution of plans across the store and assigned area.
• Align with management on store goals, mission, and initiatives for all associates.
• Establish and communicate metrics and expectations for sales, visuals, operations, safety, HR, payroll, scheduling and training.
• Analyze daily/weekly/monthly data and prepare reports on sales, productivity, and budget for leadership levels.
• Promote sales and act as Leader on Duty to drive service and results.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience and strong teamwork.
• Coach and develop associates to grow talent and ensure consistent performance.
• Ensure customers receive gracious, quick, and efficient service in all interactions.
