Qualifications

Technical design and drafting skills using common design software in utility/construction environments.
Ability to manage multiple design tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
Strong written and verbal communication with cross-functional teams.
Analytical skills to interpret requirements, apply standards, and resolve design conflicts.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, drafting, design, architecture, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience in energy/utilities/infrastructure preferred with safety and regulatory awareness.

Responsibilities

Oversee a team of designers; assign projects and monitor daily workflow.
Ensure design outputs meet quality, safety, regulatory, and schedule requirements.
Collaborate with engineering, project management, field operations, and stakeholders; mentor team members.
