You will drive the quality and direction of design within the Chime app, advocate for member-centered solutions, and lead through influence in a high-ownership role that thrives in ambiguity.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating strong product thinking and craft across complex digital experiences.
• Track record of designing and shipping consumer products at scale (mobile and web).
• Expertise in prototyping and using AI-powered design tools.
• Experience with design systems for consistency and scalability.
