Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong communication and clienteling skills to nurture customer relationships.
• Ability to complete complex large orders across multiple sales channels.
• 1–2 years of customer service or retail sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in one-on-one consultations in-store and in-home to design living spaces.
• Measure spaces accurately and present design plans based on client needs.
• Drive store sales and close transactions at the cash wrap.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions to achieve sales and productivity goals.
• Provide exemplary service including gift wrap, registry, orders, and delivery coordination.
• Demonstrate product knowledge across the design studio assortment.
