Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Construction Science or equivalent.
• 3+ years of engineering or construction management experience.
• Active EIT certification preferred.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction activities for design-build and design-assist projects.
• Manage design schedules and progress with engineering, detailing, and VDC teams.
• Oversee design QA/QC and contract review processes.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and project team members.
• Perform on-site field surveys and prepare RFIs and submittals.
