Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Design (NCIDQ a plus).
• 5-8 years’ experience in interior design, architecture or space planning.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD required (REVIT a plus).
• Familiar with CAFM software and space programming for varied spaces.
• Strong communication, organization and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for assigned account and manage design teams.
• Create test fits and workplace options aligned with client needs.
• Deliver space plans, concepts and final documents for client approval.
• Maintain CAFM data and organize project documentation and reporting.
