Job summary

Eli Lilly and Company is seeking a Design Lead for Global Facilities Delivery to oversee the design delivery of capital projects in the pharmaceutical sector. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing and/or engineering experience in support of pharmaceutical or API networks.
• Qualified applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• Experience with pharmaceutical process or project engineering is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall design delivery for capital projects.
• Coordinate all design for the Project Manager during all design phases.
• Develop and maintain design requirements and schedule.
• Assist in selection of A/E firms and coordinate with them to develop earned value systems.
• Review design decisions to ensure alignment with approved intent and project goals.
• Support value engineering exercises to maximize opportunities.
