Job summary

Eli Lilly and Company is hiring an Associate Director - Project Management – GFD to lead global capital projects in pharma manufacturing, coordinating design, construction, and qualification teams to deliver $100MM+ programs on time and within safety standards.

Candidates should hold a BS in engineering, 15+ years of pharma capital project delivery, PE or equivalent and PMP, and be willing to relocate or travel; strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in engineering or related to project management.
• 15+ years of capital project delivery experience.
• Experience managing pharma manufacturing capital projects on $100MM+ scale.
• Willingness to relocate and/or travel outside home location.
• PE or equivalent certification; PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional communication with GFD leadership, project teams, governance, and stakeholders.
• Ensure disciplined project management compliant with company policies and procedures.
• Develop and maintain safety and environmental execution plans for projects; ensure compliance.
