Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical strongly preferred).
• 20+ years manufacturing/engineering in pharma or API networks.
• Willingness to work at project site weekly and travel ~20%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design delivery for capital projects on multi-node programs.
• Lead DL teams comprised of Lilly staff and external partners.
• Define design standards, regulatory requirements, and design governance.
• Coordinate design phases with Project Manager and ensure conceptual/basic reviews are delivered.
• Direct development of design requirements and manage design schedule to meet project needs.
• Support value engineering to maximize site impact and reduce cost through design.
• Participate in KPI reviews and selection of verification services.
