Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related to project management.
• 5+ years of capital project delivery in industrial or manufacturing facilities.
• Willingness to relocate and/or travel.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; Lilly will not sponsor visas.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams to deliver capital asset programs of at least $50M USD or more, or support a workstream of $200M+ in capital assets.
• Interface with program leadership, teams, governance, and stakeholders across regions.
• Operate with a disciplined, compliant approach in line with Company Policies and Procedures.
• Develop and maintain safety and environmental execution plans for projects.
