Job summary

Lilly's Global Facilities Delivery organization seeks a leader to drive large capital asset programs, often $1BN or more, from concept through qualification and startup. The role requires coordinating across Lilly and external teams, ensuring safety, cost, schedule and quality deliverables.

Candidates should have 15+ years in capital project delivery in industrial or manufacturing facilities and be willing to relocate or travel internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or a technical related field (i.e. project management).
• Minimum 15+ years in capital project delivery in industrial/manufacturing facilities, including large projects >$100MM.
• Willingness to relocate and travel to locations outside home state/country.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage teams to deliver large capital asset programs (≥$1BN) from front-end planning to operational verification.
• Develop and maintain safety and environmental execution plans for projects and ensure compliance with policies.
• Coordinate with GFD leadership, project teams, governance, and partners; manage scope changes and drive timely resolution.
• Demonstrate disciplined project management approaches with focus on safety, cost, schedule, and quality.
