• Coordinate design across all phases with the Project Manager and ensure design reviews meet intent.
• Direct development of design requirements and assist in schedule maintenance.
• Mentor team members and coordinate with A/E firms to align design work.
• Resolve design-related issues and participate in KPI reviews.
