Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead an organization delivering major capital projects within the API network.
• Oversee all project phases from profiling to qualification with internal/external partners.
• Ensure KPIs for safety, cost, and schedule and establish governance.
• Coordinate with engineering leadership to optimize activities and resource use.
• Align investments with site requirements and stakeholder expectations.
• Develop business plans including multi-year forecasts and capital projections.
• Build relationships with industry partners to benchmark and improve value.
