Job summary

Havenly, Inc. in Dallas, TX seeks a Design Expert to drive in-store and virtual consultations, guiding furniture selections and design outcomes. This role owns the customer journey from inquiry to purchase, ensuring a personalized, high-end experience that aligns with brand standards.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in sales (F&B or interior design preferred) and can demo mood boards, floor plans, and product knowledge. Weekend availability and retail hours apply.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in furniture or interior design.
• Experience in Interior Design and/or home furnishings, ability to create mood boards and floor plans.

Responsibilities

• Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas with excellent service and product knowledge.
• Client Consultations: In-store and virtual consultations on furniture selections and design choices.
• Lead the Sales Process: Manage the customer journey from inquiry to purchase with a personalized touch.
• Drive Sales Growth: Identify opportunities to enhance sales and customer experience in the studio.
• Product Expertise: Master product offerings and design services to guide purchasing decisions.
• Spatial Planning & Design Mood Board Creation: Work with clients on room design and fit, 2D/3D design skills a plus.
• Follow-Up & Retention: Maintain proactive post-purchase communication to encourage repeat business.
• Market Engagement: Act as brand ambassador to build local relationships in Dallas.
