Qualifications

• 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in furniture or interior design.
• Strong customer-centric approach with a proven track record of meeting targets.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales quotas through exceptional service and product knowledge.
• Consult clients in-store and virtually on furniture selections and design options.
• Own the full customer journey from inquiry to purchase, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales and improve the customer experience in the studio.
• Master product details and design services to guide purchasing decisions.
• Collaborate with clients on room design, including 2D/3D mood boards as relevant.
