In this role you’ll manage in-store and virtual consultations, guide clients through furniture selections, and own the full sales journey from inquiry to purchase.

You should have 2–3 years in furniture or interior design sales, be customer-focused, organized, and tech-savvy with Canva, design software, and Google Suite.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in furniture or interior design.
• Experience creating mood boards and floor plans for clients.
• Strong customer experience focus with proven sales conversions.
• Proficient with Canva, interior design software, and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales quotas by delivering exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
• Consult clients in-store and virtually on furniture selections and design choices.
• Own the entire sales process from inquiry to purchase execution.
• Identify opportunities to enhance sales and improve customer experience in the studio.
• Master product offerings and design services to guide purchasing decisions.
• Assist with 2D/3D mood boards and space planning for clients.
• Maintain proactive post-purchase follow-up to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Act as Havenly brand ambassador to build local relationships in Edina, MN.
