Formación

• 1–2+ years of experience in interior design, home furnishings, or design sales.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and accounts.
• Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and growth-oriented.
• Sales-focused with proven ability to meet targets.
• Highly organized with solid time management and follow-through.
• Experienced in prospecting and developing new business.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
• Comfortable juggling multiple accounts and timelines.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and digital sales workflows.
