Job summary

CB2 at Euromarket Designs Inc. seeks a style-focused Designer to elevate in-store and virtual design experiences for customers in Seattle. You will lead one-on-one consultations, create moodboards and 2D floor plans, and translate the CB2 brand aesthetics into personalized design solutions.

You will drive sales by delivering elevated design offerings, build lasting client relationships, and stay ahead of trends with a strong technology toolkit and proactive communication.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant experience in Furniture Sales/ Home Decor Design or retail/customer service experience.
• Experience one-on-one with clients and recommending solutions.
• Proficient in Google platforms, virtual communication, design tool experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver a differentiated experience with enriching customer interactions.
• Create elevated CB2 designs using moodboards, 2D floor plans, product lists and style inspiration.
• Lead One on One Design consultations in person or via email, phone, and virtual design consults; deliver projects on time.
• Understand CB2 brand aesthetics and merchandising strategy by channel—Store, Online, Catalog.
• Meet sales, KPI and service goals and demonstrate the four steps of selling on the sales floor.
