CB2 seeks a Designer to drive sales by delivering enriched customer interactions and elevated in-store and virtual design services. You will create moodboards, 2D floor plans, product lists and style inspiration for clients.

Lead one-on-one consultations, deliver projects on time, and ensure adherence to CB2 brand aesthetics across store, online, and catalog. Strong communication and tech skills required.

Qualifications

• Drive sales by delivering enriched customer interactions and elevated in-store and virtual design offerings.
• Create CB2 designs using design tools to craft moodboards, 2D floor plans, product lists and style inspiration.
• Lead one-on-one design consultations in person or via email/phone/virtual; deliver projects on time.
• Understand CB2 brand aesthetics and merchandising by store, online, and catalog.
• Achieve sales, KPI and service goals while applying the four steps of selling.
• Stay current with marketplace and industry trends.
• Listen to customers to identify needs and communicate loyalty offerings.
• Provide gracious, quick, and efficient service in-store, virtually, and in customers' homes when applicable.
