Primarily responsible for enforcing CC&Rs and Design Guidelines, you will educate homeowners, manage documentation, and support the Community Manager in maintaining consistent standards across designated communities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of full-time administrative experience in an HOA management role.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct support to the Community Manager to meet community standards.
• Educates homeowners and staff on compliance and submittal processes.
• Researches non-compliance issues and prepares documentation for Committee/Board review.
• Records and tracks compliance information in the company database.
• Maintains detailed compliance records through investigations and follow-up reports.
• Investigates complaints against homeowners or third parties and makes determinations.
• Oversees preparation of compliance notices, fines, and related issues including submittals.
• Conducts routine property tours/inspections to ensure CC&R compliance.
• Educates homeowners, staff and realtors on proper submittal processes.
• Meets with and educates homeowner committees.
• Develops and uses the VMS tracking system for timely compliance.
• Monitors the software database to uphold guidelines.
• Performs other related duties as directed.
