Job summary

Horrocks seeks a Design-Build Drainage Lead/Manager in Las Cruces, NM to guide drainage teams on transportation projects and collaborate with multi‑discipline teams. You will drive hydraulic analyses, create designs, and ensure timely delivery.

The role requires a PE license with 10+ years in drainage for infrastructure and at least 3 years in DOT DB/PDB work, offering a competitive compensation package and growth opportunities within our Innovative Pursuits Team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leading drainage design for infrastructure projects.
• 3+ years of DOT DB or PDB experience.
• Current PE license; preferred states include NM, CO, UT, NV, AZ, ID, WA.

Responsibilities

• Lead drainage discipline engineering teams for transportation projects.
• Coordinate with other discipline leads and integrate with project delivery teams.
• Lead drainage/hydraulic design, studies, reports, plans, specifications, and quantities.
• Maintain strong client relationships and meet project deadlines.
