Job summary

Horrocks seeks a Design-Build Drainage Lead/Manager to join its Innovative Pursuits Team in the Mountain West region. You will lead drainage design efforts for transportation projects, coordinate with discipline leads, and contribute to a strong project delivery team.

Experience includes 10+ years in drainage design for infrastructure, 3+ years in DOT DB/PDB, and a PE license. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for client collaboration and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Current PE license (preferred for CO and nearby states).
• 10+ years leading drainage design for infrastructure projects.
• 3+ years of DOT DB or PDB experience.
• Strong teamwork and client communication skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Lead drainage discipline engineering teams for transportation projects and pursuits.
• Coordinate with other discipline leads and integrate designs.
• Serve as an integral member of the project delivery team.
• Lead drainage/hydraulic design, analyses, studies, reports, and drawings.
• Utilize Microstation, OpenRoads, OpenRoads, and AutoCAD Civil 3D as appropriate.
• Foster positive relationships with team members and clients; meet deadlines.
• Contribute to local and Rocky Mountain Region wide projects.
