Job summary

Horrocks, a leading Design-Build drainage team in the Mountain West, seeks a Senior Drainage Lead to guide transportation projects for regional clients from Phoenix, AZ. You will head drainage design, manage a project delivery team, and collaborate with other disciplines to meet deadlines.

The role requires a PE license, 10+ years in drainage design, and 3+ years of DOT DB/PDB experience. Excellent client communication and a drive to grow professionally are essential.

Qualifications

• Current PE license; preferred states UT/NV/AZ/ID/CO/NM/WA.
• 10+ years leading drainage design for infrastructure projects.
• 3+ years of DOT DB or PDB experience.
• Must be able to work effectively as a team leader and maintain positive relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead drainage discipline engineering teams for transportation DB and/or PDB pursuits and projects.
• Coordinate with other discipline leads.
• Integral member of the project delivery team.
• Lead drainage/hydraulic design, analyses, reports, plans, specifications, and quantities tasks.
• Knowledge of Microstation, OpenRoads, AutoCAD Civil 3D and related software.
