Job summary

Horrocks is seeking a Design-Build Drainage Lead/Manager in Las Vegas, NV. You will spearhead drainage design for transportation projects within a collaborative team, coordinating with discipline leads and clients to deliver on time and within budget.

Required 10+ years of drainage design leadership; DOT DB/PDB exposure is preferred. PE license is advantageous; MicroStation/OpenRoads/Civil 3D skills are expected. Horrocks offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years leading drainage design for infrastructure projects.
• 3+ years of DOT DB or PDB experience preferred.
• Current PE license preferred; multiple states listed.

Responsibilities

• Lead drainage discipline engineering teams for transportation projects.
• Coordinate with other discipline leads and clients.
• Lead drainage/hydraulic design, studies, and drawings.
• Maintain positive relationships with team members and clients.
