Job summary

Horrocks in Las Cruces, NM seeks a Design-Build Drainage Lead to guide drainage design for infrastructure projects on a regional team. You will lead engineering teams, coordinate with discipline leads, and drive deliverables for successful pursuits and projects.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in drainage, DOT DB/PDB experience, and a PE license (preferred). This role offers a competitive compensation package and opportunity to grow within a leading Mountain West design-build practice.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leading drainage design for infrastructure projects.
• 3+ years of DOT DB or PDB experience.
• PE license preferred (state(s) UT, NV, AZ, ID, CO, NM, WA).

Responsibilities

• Lead drainage discipline engineering teams for transportation DB/PDB pursuits and projects
• Coordinate with other discipline leads
• Integral member of the project delivery team
• Lead drainage/hydraulic design, analyses, studies, reports, plans, specs, and quantities
• Work with Microstation, OpenRoads, and AutoCAD Civil 3D on transportation drainage projects
• Ensure on-time delivery and strong client relationships
