Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Group is seeking a Manager, Design Build Construction Services in Illinois to build consultative relationships with DB/CMAR contractors and owner reps. The role focuses on increasing market awareness and sales of ASSA ABLOY brand products, solutions, and services across the DB/CMAR delivery method.

You will identify regional and national DB/CMAR firms, coordinate with distribution partners, and promote software solutions and services for construction management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Construction Science and Management focus.
• Experience in door hardware applications and specifications plus software training a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Autodesk Revit Architecture preferred; CM software familiarity a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish consultative relationships with DB/CMAR contractors and owner reps to grow market awareness and sales of ASSA ABLOY products and services.
• Identify and qualify regional and national DB/CMAR firms for consulting relationships.
• Coordinate with distribution partners to support budgeting, bidding, procurement, and project management activities.
• Promote and secure utilization of software solutions and professional services for construction management; coordinate on-site execution of contracts.
• Provide pre-construction budgeting guidance and project specifications; assist with bidding and product sourcing.
