Job summary

The Hershey Company is seeking a Territory Sales Lead for the Des Moines District. The role ensures flawless execution of store level sales and promotion plans with customer retailers across high-volume grocers and mass merchandisers.

You will drive merchandising and promotional strategies, build consultative relationships with KDMs, analyze data, and maximize incremental sales while maintaining 100% distribution of Hershey products.

Qualifications

• GED or HS Diploma required.
• 2-year degree OR 3 years of sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consultative business partnering with customer KDMs.
• Develop action plans to increase sales with KDMs.
• Analyze store, product and market data to guide decisions.
• Drive forward-selling and merchandising plans with retailers.
• Ensure 100% distribution of Hershey items across trade.
