Job summary

The Hershey Company is seeking a Territory Sales Lead for the Des Moines District. You will drive store-level sales and promotional execution across high-volume grocers with a consultative partnering approach to Key Decision Makers.

You will master retail execution, analyze data to optimize routes, and ensure 100% distribution of Hershey items. This role requires entrepreneurial drive and strong planning, with base salary and incentives in a dynamic consumer goods environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid US state issued driver’s license.
• Must reside or be willing to commute within territory boundaries.
• Must be able to drive to make multiple sales calls daily.
• Must be able to lift 10–60 lbs regularly.
• Must be able to bend, kneel, stoop and handle dexterity tasks.

Responsibilities

• Consultative Business Partnering with customer KDMs to develop and execute action plans.
• Manage Customer Relationships and drive sales objectives across the territory.
• Analyze store, product and market data to inform decisions and optimize routes.
• Execute merchandising plans, maintain displays and promotional locations.
• Complete and submit daily/weekly activity and expense reports using approved tools.
