Job summary

Organon seeks a Territory Business Manager for Dermatology in Jacksonville, FL to drive product awareness and utilization. You will build physician relationships, develop disease/product knowledge, and manage a defined territory in a compliant, results-driven environment.

With at least 2 years in quota-driven sales and a Bachelors, you will travel as required, maintain urgency for customer service, and collaborate with field staff to exceed goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in quota-driven sales role; dermatology/medical devices or specialty pharma preferred.
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• A track record of sustained high performance and quick learning.
• Ability to travel as required by the territory.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, performance-based culture.
