Job summary

Organon seeks a Territory Business Manager, Dermatology in Jacksonville, FL to drive product awareness and utilization. You will build physician networks, promote dermatology products, and deliver clinically relevant information while maintaining compliance.

The role requires at least 2 years in a quota-driven sales environment, a Bachelor's degree, and a valid driver's license. Expect travel within the territory and a fast-paced, performance-based culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in quota-driven role with preference for dermatology, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical sales
• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university required
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Demonstration of sustained, high performance in current position and strong aptitude for learning
• High sense of urgency regarding customer service orientation

Responsibilities

• Employ business planning and local market knowledge to develop sales and customer networks
• Develop outstanding disease and product knowledge to compliantly promote our dermatological products to healthcare professionals
• Engage physicians and targeted healthcare professionals within an assigned geography to deliver clinically relevant information and exceed product goals
• Utilize knowledge of the marketplace and reimbursement landscape to prioritize opportunities
• Utilize effective direct selling techniques and market strategies to expand product demand
• Sell in a changing health care environment, use critical thinking and a strategic mindset to gain access to customers
• Coordinate and collaborate with field-based personnel to address customer needs
• Utilize patient-focused clinical dialogue to engage with healthcare offices and deliver outstanding customer service
• Develop relationships and maintain an active presence in the Dermatology community and organizations
• Represent Organon in a professional, ethical and compliant manner at all times
