Job summary

Organon is seeking a Territory Business Manager for North/Central New Jersey to drive product awareness and utilization within a defined territory. You will build relationships with physicians and healthcare staff, promoting dermatology products while adhering to legal and ethical standards.

You will collaborate with field-based colleagues, manage total account relationships, and travel as required to achieve sales initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven quota-driven sales experience, preferably in dermatology, medical devices, or specialty pharma.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to perform in a fast-paced, results-driven culture.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales networks using local market knowledge and business planning.
