Job summary

Organon seeks a Territory Business Manager for Dermatology to cover Syracuse, NY and surrounding regions including parts of Vermont. You will report to the District Business Manager and drive product awareness, utilization and sales within a defined territory by collaborating with physicians and healthcare staff.

The role requires a minimum of two years in quota-driven sales, a Bachelor's degree, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of proven experience in quota-driven role.
• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university required.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Demonstration of sustained, high performance in current position and strong aptitude for learning.
• High sense of urgency in particular with regards to customer service orientation.
• Ability to travel as required by the specific territory.
• Ability to thrive in a highly driven culture that is performance based, fast paced, and results oriented.

Responsibilities

• Employ business planning and local market knowledge to develop sales and customer networks.
• Develop disease and product knowledge to compliantly promote dermatological products to healthcare professionals.
• Engage physicians and healthcare professionals within an assigned geography to deliver clinically relevant information and exceed product goals.
• Utilise knowledge of the marketplace and reimbursement landscape to prioritize opportunities.
• Utilise effective direct selling techniques and market strategies to expand product demand.
• Sell in a changing health care environment, use critical thinking to gain access to customers.
• Coordinate and collaborate with field-based personnel to address customer needs.
• Engage with every member of a healthcare office to deliver outstanding customer service through total account management.
• Develop relationships and maintain an active presence in the Dermatology community and organizations.
• Represent Organon in a professional, ethical and compliant manner at all times.
