Job summary

Eli Lilly and Company is seeking a Territory Manager for the Dallas East TX Dermatology area. You will engage health care providers who influence treatment in dermatology and work to drive adoption of Lilly's therapies.

Build relationships with physicians, hospital accounts, and patient-focused care teams while navigating complex pricing and reimbursement landscapes. The role emphasizes account management, selling skills, and collaboration with cross-functional partners to achieve territory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; professional certification or license as applicable by state.
• Two or more years of sales experience (pharmaceutical or non-pharmaceutical) after undergrad.
• Strong business ownership, selling/customer experience, and execution skills.
• Account-based selling experience in complex healthcare environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops a deep understanding of territory and reimbursement landscape to adapt to business needs.
• Navigate accounts and influence key stakeholders to become a trusted partner.
• Promote Lilly's portfolio through patient-centered dialogue with customers.
• Use Lilly selling model to identify appropriate patients and opportunities.
• Meet sales goals while complying with policies and PhRMA code.
• Collaborate with field-facing and internal peers to ensure a coordinated customer experience.
