Job summary

Organon is seeking a Territory Business Manager, Dermatology – Lakeland to drive product awareness and utilization in Central Florida. You will develop physician relationships, promote dermatology products, and exceed sales goals by coordinating with field teams and healthcare professionals.

The role requires at least 2 years in quota-driven sales, a Bachelor's degree, and a valid driver’s license. Travel up to 50% within the territory and compliant, ethical promotion are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years quota-driven sales experience, dermatology/medical devices a plus.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Willingness to travel as required by the territory.
• Strong customer service orientation in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Employ business planning and local market knowledge to develop sales and customer networks.
• Develop disease and product knowledge to promote dermatology products to healthcare professionals.
• Engage physicians and healthcare professionals within the territory to provide clinically relevant information and achieve product goals.
• Utilize marketplace knowledge to prioritize opportunities.
• Apply direct selling techniques and market strategies to grow product demand.
• Sell in a changing health care environment with strategic thinking to access customers.
• Coordinate with field personnel to address customer needs.
• Engage office staff with patient-focused clinical dialogue and provide outstanding service.
• Develop relationships and maintain a presence in the Dermatology community and organizations.
• Represent Organon professionally, ethically, and compliantly at all times.
