Job summary

Organon is seeking a Territory Business Manager for Dermatology in Central Florida (Lakeland area) to drive product awareness and utilization. You will report to the District Business Manager and build strong relationships with physicians, staff, and healthcare professionals within your Territory to achieve sales initiatives.

The role requires a minimum of two years in quota-driven sales, a Bachelor's degree, and active driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in quota-driven sales (dermatology, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical)
• Bachelor's degree required
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Proven sustained high performance in current role
• Strong sense of urgency with customer service orientation
• Ability to travel as required by the territory
• Thrive in a fast-paced, performance-based culture

Responsibilities
