Job summary

Organon is seeking a Territory Business Manager for Dermatology in East Florida. The role focuses on driving product awareness and utilization, building physician relationships, and advancing sales initiatives within a defined territory.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of proven quota-driven sales experience, with preference in dermatology or specialty pharma.
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Demonstration of sustained, high performance in current position and learning aptitude.
• Ability to travel as required by the territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales networks by using business planning and local market knowledge.
• Promote dermatology products to healthcare professionals with compliant messaging.
• Engage physicians and healthcare professionals to deliver clinically relevant information and exceed goals.
• Prioritize opportunities using knowledge of marketplace and reimbursement landscape.
• Use direct selling techniques and market strategies to expand product demand.
• Navigate changes in healthcare with strategic thinking to access customers.
