Job summary

Organon seeks a Territory Business Manager, Dermatology – Lakeland to drive product awareness and physician engagement across Central Florida, covering Orlando and Tampa. You will report to the District Business Manager and work to achieve sales goals within a defined territory.

Requires 2+ years in quota-driven sales (dermatology/medical devices/pharma preferred), a Bachelor's degree, a valid driver’s license, and ability to travel up to 50% in a fast-paced, compliant environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in quota-driven role with preference given to dermatological, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical sales.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales and customer networks using local market knowledge.
• Promote dermatology products to healthcare professionals in compliance with regulations.
• Engage physicians and healthcare professionals to deliver clinically relevant information and exceed product goals.
• Prioritize opportunities using market knowledge and reimbursement landscape.
• Utilize direct selling techniques and market strategies to expand product demand.
• Travel within the territory as required and collaborate with field-based personnel.
