Job summary

Organon seeks a Territory Business Manager, Dermatology for the Baltimore region, covering Baltimore, Washington, DC and Northern VA. You will build relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals to drive product awareness and utilization in dermatology.

This role reports to the District Business Manager and requires at least two years in quota-driven sales, a Bachelor's degree, and a valid driver's license. Travel within the territory is expected. Competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in a quota-driven role, preferably dermatology, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical sales.
• Demonstrated sustained high performance and learning aptitude.
• Strong customer service orientation and urgency in fulfilling client needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales and customer networks using local market knowledge.
• Promote dermatology products to healthcare professionals with compliant messaging.
• Engage physicians and healthcare professionals to exceed product goals while following regulations.
• Prioritize opportunities using marketplace and reimbursement knowledge.
• Use direct selling techniques and market strategies to expand product demand.
• Sell in a changing health care environment with strategic thinking to gain access to customers.
• Coordinate with field-based staff to address customer needs proactively.
• Engage with all members of the healthcare office to deliver outstanding service.
• Maintain active presence in the Dermatology community and related organizations.
• Represent Organon professionally, ethically, and compliantly at all times.
