Job summary

Organon, a global healthcare company, is seeking a Territory Business Manager for Dermatology to cover the San Diego North territory. You will drive product awareness and utilization by building relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals.

The role requires at least two years in quota-driven sales, a bachelor's degree, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel up to 50% within the territory. Flexible work arrangements are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of proven experience in quota-driven role with preference given to experience in dermatological, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical sales.
• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university required.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Demonstration of sustained, high performance in current position and strong aptitude for learning.
• High sense of urgency in particular with regards to customer service orientation.
• Ability to travel as required by the specific territory.
• Ability to thrive in a highly driven culture that is performance based, fast paced, and results oriented.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales and customer networks using business planning and local market knowledge.
• Promote our dermatological products to healthcare professionals with disease and product knowledge.
• Engage physicians and healthcare professionals to deliver clinically relevant information and exceed product goals.
• Prioritize opportunities using marketplace and reimbursement knowledge.
• Expand product demand using direct selling techniques and market strategies.
• Navigate a changing healthcare environment with strategic thinking to gain access to customers.
• Collaborate with field-based personnel to address customer needs proactively.
• Engage with every member of a healthcare office through patient-focused clinical dialogue and total account management.
• Build and maintain a presence in the Dermatology community and related organizations.
• Represent Organon professionally, ethically, and compliantly.
