• Create pre-call plans with SMART objectives and perform post-call evaluations to improve performance.
• Build trusted customer relationships and identify win-win solutions with AbbVie customers.
• Develop and execute a call plan to maximize access and sales opportunities.
• Share market intelligence with in-field and brand teams to align strategies and execution.
• Differentiate AbbVie’s value proposition to health providers and identify disease state experts and advocates.
