Job summary

Takeda USA in Florida seeks a Specialty Business Manager (Dermatology) to drive demand after regulatory approval by educating healthcare providers and optimizing opportunities in dermatology-focused offices, clinics and hospital accounts.

You will conduct clinical education, support patient access education for staff, and manage accounts while aligning with Takeda’s brand strategy to achieve sales goals in the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree – BA/BS required.
• 3+ years of successful selling experience in pharma/biotech/medical devices or 2+ years at Takeda.
• Dermatology experience preferred.
• Understanding of managed care landscape and its impact on business.
• Strong verbal, influencing, presentation and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Educate healthcare providers and support clinical education opportunities for HCPs.
• Manage accounts within Dermatology practices, clinics and hospital accounts.
• Achieve sales goals by delivering product volume and key metrics in the territory.
• Develop professional relationships with decision makers and stakeholders to support safe product use.
• Deliver targeted sales messages using approved materials and discuss therapeutic strategies.
• Execute local marketing strategies and build customer engagement with physicians and staff.
