Job summary

Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Limited in Florida (USA - Virtual) is seeking a Dermatology Specialty Business Manager to educate healthcare providers, drive clinical selling activities, and execute brand strategies within Dermatology practices, clinics, and hospital accounts.

You will lead account education, deliver clinical value propositions, and coordinate educational programs for HCPs across the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; BA/BS.
• 3+ years of successful selling experience in pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device and/or relevant clinical or industry experience; or 2+ years at Takeda.
• Experience calling Dermatologists; Dermatology experience preferred.
• Strong verbal, influencing, presentation and written communication skills.
• Ability to reside within or near the assigned geography.

Responsibilities

• Educate healthcare providers and drive demand following regulatory approval.
• Deliver clinical value proposition and advance customers along a brand education continuum.
• Coordinate and support clinical education opportunities for HCPs and staff.
• Conduct account management within Dermatology practices and hospital accounts.
• Meet sales goals and objectives by delivering product volume and other key metrics in the Territory.
• Build professional relationships with decision makers to support safe and effective product use.
• Develop and deliver targeted sales messages based on approved materials and clinical information.
• Execute local marketing strategies and drive customer engagement.
