Job summary

Golden State Dermatology seeks an experienced operations leader to oversee day-to-day administration for its Los Gatos dermatology offices. You will manage both medical and cosmetic operations, ensuring efficient workflows across locations and supervising a staff of 8+ professionals.

You will collaborate with corporate teams on financial and operational strategies, implement process improvements, and drive patient care quality and profitability while adapting to evolving healthcare delivery

Qualifications

• Experience in medical-surgical office operations, preferably in a management role.
• Experience with dermatology and cosmetic services is preferred.
• Strong budgeting and financial management skills.
• Experience with EMR systems (eClinicalWorks and Modernizing Medicine a plus).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for two dermatology offices in Los Gatos.
• Supervise 8+ Medical Assistants, Receptionists, and staff.
• Collaborate with corporate on financial and operational matters.
• Implement programs to improve medical quality, customer service, and profitability.
