Job summary

Skin Cancer & Dermatology Institute is seeking a Practice Administrator to provide strategic and operational leadership for a 12-location dermatology practice across Northern Nevada. You will partner with physicians and leaders to drive operational excellence, financial performance, patient satisfaction, and growth.

Supervises more than 230 employees and 35+ providers, shaping workforce and operational strategies for scalability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage large teams across multiple locations.
• Experience creating and enforcing operational policies and procedures.
• Ability to analyze reports and drive performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational oversight for 12 locations, including staffing, scheduling, patient flow, front desk and back-office functions.
• Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and quality care.
• Lead workforce planning, onboarding, employee relations, leadership development, and succession planning.
