Job summary

Forefront Dermatology is seeking a Practice Manager for its Ann Arbor, MI clinics, with travel between Ann Arbor, Plymouth and Novi locations as needed. The role leads physicians, providers, clinic teams, and staff to drive operational excellence and a superior patient experience.

You will manage clinic leadership development, profitability, and communicate with Support Services, ensuring adherence to corporate policies and clinic protocols.

Qualifications

• RN degree required; BSN preferred.
• Two years dermatology experience or 5 years related leadership in healthcare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze clinic metrics to maximize growth and provider performance.
• Oversee staff schedules to optimize patient access while controlling costs.
• Lead monthly meetings with clinic leadership and TLs.
• Ensure HIPAA/OSHA/CLIA compliance and staff training.
