Forefront Dermatology in Carmel, IN is seeking a Practice Manager to lead clinic operations, drive performance, and ensure exceptional patient care. The role covers coordinating physicians and staff, improving scheduling efficiency, and ensuring compliance across clinics. Travel to Westfield, Indianapolis, Noblesville clinics as needed.

The position requires strong leadership, communication, and financial acumen to promote profitability and growth across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a clinical or multi-site setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience coordinating physician and staff schedules.
• Familiarity with clinic operations and KPI review.

Responsibilities

• Analyze revenue, productivity, appointments and patient flow to maximize growth and provider performance.
• Oversee physician and staff schedules to optimize time off and manage costs.
• Lead clinic operations and improve patient experience and satisfaction.
• Coordinate monthly TL meetings and quarterly clinic reviews.
• Ensure HIPAA/CLIA/OSHA compliance and maintain policies.
