Forefront Dermatology is seeking a Clinic Team Leader for Battle Creek and Coldwater locations. The role involves leading daily clinic operations, collaborating with physicians, and ensuring high levels of patient service.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in Dermatology/Mohs surgery preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to travel between Battle Creek and satellite clinics.
• Leadership experience demonstrated in prior roles.

Responsibilities

• Maximize clinic and team efficiency, productivity and teamwork.
• Manage clinic operations, including budget and staffing.
• Assist with employee recruitment, selection and hiring.
• Provide updates to Regional Clinic Manager regularly.
• Ensure all messages, faxes, and interdepartmental mail are addressed promptly.
• Coordinate patient authorizations and track processes from start to finish.
• Oversee new employee orientation and provide CLIA training where applicable.
• Serve as role model and SME for policies and procedures.
• Perform Clinical Assistant and Receptionist duties as needed.
